Virtual research lab for MOSAiC data

Atmospheric research in Germany will be significantly expanded

Germany is investing €86M in ACTRIS-D, a new research infrastructure to monitor aerosols, clouds, and trace gases. Coordinated by TROPOS, it will enhance air quality and climate forecasting and includes AWI’s lidar research in the Arctic.
